Terms of Service

Last updated: 31 August 2026

Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using the Aperis website (aperis.io), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our website.

Service description

Aperis is a quantum computing orchestration platform. It enables users to submit, manage, and monitor quantum computing jobs across multiple providers through a single, unified API.

Email use

We use your email address to send messages tied to your account: confirming your address, and resetting your password at your request. We do not send marketing email, product announcements or newsletters, and we do not share your address with third parties. What we hold and why is set out in our Privacy Policy.

User conduct

You agree not to use our website for any unlawful purpose, to attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems, or to interfere with the proper functioning of the website.

No warranties

Aperis is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. We make no warranties or guarantees regarding availability, functionality, performance, or fitness for any particular purpose. Features described on this website are subject to change.

Intellectual property

The Aperis website and platform are the intellectual property of Doviatech LLC. That covers the software, the design, the branding and the documentation we publish. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.

This does not extend to your work. The circuits you submit and the results returned to you remain yours. We claim no ownership of them, and no right to use them for any purpose beyond running the service for you.

Running the service does need a limited licence to that data: to store it, to convert provider results into the normalised form the dashboard displays, and to show it back to you. That licence covers those purposes and nothing else, is not transferable, and ends when the data is deleted. That applies whether you delete an individual job or your whole account.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Doviatech LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of or inability to use the service.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Doviatech LLC, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or related to your use of the website or violation of these Terms.

Governing law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, USA, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Dispute resolution

Any disputes arising from these Terms of Service shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Miami-Dade County, Florida, USA. You consent to the personal jurisdiction of these courts.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to this page. We will update the "Last updated" date at the top when changes are made. Your continued use of the website after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

Entire agreement

These Terms of Service constitute the entire agreement between you and Doviatech LLC regarding the use of the Aperis website, superseding any prior agreements.
