By accessing or using the Aperis website (aperis.io), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our website or submit your email address.
Service description
Aperis is a quantum computing orchestration platform currently in development. It is designed to enable users to submit, manage, and monitor quantum computing jobs across multiple providers through a single, unified API.
Pre-launch access
By submitting your email address through our early access form, you are requesting to be notified when Aperis becomes available. Submitting your email does not create an account, grant access to any services, or establish a paid subscription.
Email use
We will only use your email address to send communications related to the Aperis launch and product updates. We will not send unrelated marketing emails or share your address with third parties.
User conduct
You agree not to use our website for any unlawful purpose, to attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems, or to interfere with the proper functioning of the website.
No warranties
Aperis is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. As a pre-launch product, we make no warranties or guarantees regarding availability, functionality, performance, or fitness for any particular purpose. Features described on this website are subject to change.
Intellectual property
All content, code, design, branding, and materials on this website and within the Aperis platform are the intellectual property of Doviatech LLC. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Doviatech LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of or inability to use the service.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Doviatech LLC, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or related to your use of the website or violation of these Terms.
Termination
You may request removal of your email address from our early access list at any time by contacting cgrente@doviatech.com. We will process your request within 30 days.
Governing law
These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, USA, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Dispute resolution
Any disputes arising from these Terms of Service shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Miami-Dade County, Florida, USA. You consent to the personal jurisdiction of these courts.
Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
Modifications
We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to this page. We will update the "Last updated" date at the top when changes are made. Your continued use of the website after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
Entire agreement
These Terms of Service constitute the entire agreement between you and Doviatech LLC regarding the use of the Aperis website, superseding any prior agreements.
